I did not get maturity amount of policy no. BH 13828 US even after four year

I did not get claim of policy no. BH-13828-US till now.this policy matured in Feb.2006. but even after lapse of four years I am not given the claim. somebody in the chain of process had bad intentions.

I want my claim amount as soon as possible. I have hardship due to lace of money. I should be paid interest money from the person delaying
