Non-availability of fresh cheque books

Dear Sir,

This is not a Complaint but a Humble Request to authorities.

I have a Savings Babk Account with the Vikaspuri (Pin Code 110018), New Delhi Branch of your Post Office. The fresh Cheque Books are not available at this Branch since April. This is causing a lot of inconvenience as the old one issued to me in the year 2003 has been consumed fully. The concerned officer at the Branch shows his inability and helplessness as his requests for fresh cheque books are not being complied by the Ramesh Nagar, New Delhi, Post Office.

I am not sure whom to contact in this case, so I am making my request through this column with a hope that I shall be heard and a favourable, positive, quick action will be taken by the concerned authorities in this regard. Thanks
