This is to inform you that my above said R.D A/c Matured on 1/12.but after passing another 18 days, I have not yet found my maturity amount from post office.

In this connection I have already meet to Post master/staff of post office but i have not yet found my amount.

Now this is the clear case of deficiency in the service.

So you are Therefore requested to please look into the matter very seriously & realised the above maturity amount immediatelly without any further delayed.
