Asking 1500 as a fine

Hi,

I have joined Aegis BPO on 16th October. I am on training. Yesterday I got fever and due to the illness I went to office 30 minutes late. So my trainer told me that I have to pay 1500/- Rs. then he will allow me to continue my training. I asked that Is this the Policy and he said that it's policy. So these peoples are playing with the future as well as the organization. I need an action against these. I request you please look into this matter and take a action against whose asking for the bribe for a job.
