Tax on MST from/to anand vihar under UPSRTC buses

Espected sir,

MST which are made from anand vihar to any city of UP or via –a- vis includes the tax which is being paid to delhi govt. My question is that why we are paying tax to delhi gov t instead of any other.sir, i would just like to say that if this MST is made from/to kaushambi instead of anand vihar. then it would save the money as per, the concern of daily passengers in UPSRTC buses people.hope u will understand my problem and take will some initiative towards it..i will be very obdlige to you.
