Connection disconnected

Respected sir,

I have complaint against your staff. My telephone no.66394272. They disconnected my telephone line without inform me. I talked to Mr. Munir on 03.12.12, he given me Compalint No.338510025. Then someone given me another complaint no.338647149 on 04.12.12. After two day i complaint to Mr. Avinash. He given complaint no.731661649, dtd.06.12.12. And on 19.12.12 i talked to Mr. Rupesh, he given complaint no.340669595. And hight of above this is, they disconnected my telephone without inform me. Infact I paid all my dues.

Now tell me what to do. Please take immediate action & start my telephone connection immediately. Otherwise I will take strickly action against your staff.
