Dear Sir,

I'm Smitha working as a staff in All India Institute of Medical Science.

I was on the way to saket metro station to reach AIIMS, We (around 15 people) were about to board the bus from the Mehrauli Bus terminal, The bus came from inner-side of bus terminal didn't stop at stand, but it stopped out of bus terminal (on the road) and when we tried to board after a run, it immediately moved on. It was a horrible moment and we escaped by god's grace. When we asked about the incident, the staff said that u can complaint anywhere and we don't care. Please take necessary steps to avoid such dangerous situation to save human lives. please notice that direct buses are very less (in between 12:30 PM and 3 PM) to and from Mehrauli.
