Defect of Jacket Purchased

I had Purchased Woodland Jacket (JC 140 OLIVE M FS JACKET) From AERO CLUB WOODLAND STORE, FF-29, Z SQUARE MALL, BARA CHAURAHA, KANPUR ON 20.01.11, after using in just one winter the inner shield of the jacket living bubbles day by day n now i feeling cold when i wore this. I forward my complaint to the said Store but they are not giving me any response.so please Take quick action against this.
