I was a pre-paid Customer with Aircel for around 3 years. When I decided to switch over recently to post-paid Customer, I had around Rs.450 talk-time on my account. When I asked the Sales people how my 450 Rs. would be taken care with the new post-paid scheme, they told that I would be given a credit of Rs.750 considering the talk-time and related taxes I had to bear. Within a week, I got a bill for Rs.50 without applying the credit they had assured me. When I talked to the Customer service, it would be taken care. But, I find that my out-going calls were stopped without any notice since I didn't pay Rs.50, which frustrated me. When Aircel Contacted me, I had told them I am going to stop using their service unless my credit is applied immediately.
My request is totally ignored. I keep getting bills every month adding Rs.200 as monthly charges. My service is also stopped. I have sent email to the Company also. I don't know what to do now? I want to disconnect their service and want them to pay back my credit.
