Goods never received!!

I would like to highlight the shocking interaction I have experienced from the equestrian supplier - Stallions & Steeds based in Kanpur, India and run by Abhijit Narain. This company is run by ******* and liars. I ordered 12 horse blankets from them in June and paid $500. These blankets never arrived. I was then promised a full refund and 5 "free blankets" as compensation. The refund never happened and surprise surprise, the 5 "free blankets" also never arrived. There were countless excuses and conflicting information provided. Throughout this process not one piece of supporting documentation could be provided to me to back anything up that the Company was saying.

I was then told I could order anything from their factory to the value of $500 - which I reluctantly did as I was told I could not be refunded. I then ordered 20 summer fly sheets. These blankets have also never arrived despite numerous emails following up and requesting information. This ordeal has been occurring for 3 months and I don't think I will ever receive my goods. The Company simply doesn't respond to my emails or return my calls any more. It is absolutely disgusting!
