On several occasions i have wanted to purchase and download a book from KOBO BOOKS, only to find that the price has increased when it comes to paying. they respond quite quicklu, but tell you to prove you complaint. All I want is to pay the amount i see, not be cheated out of more money at payout time. These people have foreign sounding names and seem to be untouchable. Any one else having problems?
