Received cylinder delivered message but not got delivered

I have booked my Bharat Gas cylinder on 30-jan-2025 with booking ref. no- 219983. The Cash Memo no.- 222899 got generated against above booking number. I also received a delivery code against the booking which i had to shared with Bharat Gas Executive.
In the Evening on same day i received i message from Bharat petroleum that "Your Bharat gas cylinder was delivered" while neither any delivery executive came to my home nor i had shared the OTP to anyone.
So please help me with following queries.
1. If no one came to my home and I haven't shared the OTP to anyone so how my cylinder got delivered and to whom.
2. How delivery executive or Nihal gas service agency is able to by pass OTP system?
3. What process should i follow to get the cylinder on time? Since its been 10 days still my cylinder not got delivered.
4. What are the preventive actions you are taking to avoid such incidents in future?
5. Sometimes cylinder got auto booked. we receive that it got delivered without getting it.

I am looking forward for your response and to resolve my complaint ASAP.
