Chages paid but service will not received

I, Mukesh kumar choudhary, holding mob:(9804352217) paid rupees 98 for pocket Internet on 17/11/09 for a month after that i approached to recharged for validity but i came to know that i will not provided services for which i earlier paid after recharged validity pack and without validity pack i will not received any services . so, in any circumstances i will not received services for which i paid. I also couldn't make any complaint in customer care becoz it is co. policy according to senior supervisor Mr.kunal pal of kolkata circle.
