Refund

While cancelling a ticket customer service says that u will receive the refund in next 10 working days. I cancelled my tickets on 12th April and its 1st May today. I havent received the refund yet. Have constantly contacted them, everytime i call i am made to stay on hold in refund section for about half an hour (Please note that air deccan has no toll free number so i have to make std calls from chhattisgarh). Today also when i made a call i was told that amount has been refunded to my bank but while contacting the bank they say that it has not been refunded! Please tell me wkat to do
