Efund of ticket for cancelled flight

Air deccan flight from New Delhi to Dehradun got cancelled on 27/8/08. At air deccan counter, I was told that refund money would be transfered to my credit card within 14 working days. But till today even after completion of 22 days, refund has not be send.
