Customer cheating

I issued the following ticket for DEL-BOM-DELHI sector traveling on 04 May and return on 06 May through MY TRAVEL AGENT. Unfortunately my flight on 06 May BOM-DELHI cancelled due to operational reason. As per terms and conditions, free scheduling is allowed in this case. I am willing to travel on 7 May because I want to return from Mumbai. No refund needed for the same (Presently seats are available in aIRDECCAN flight).

I have been in constant touch with customer care of MY TRAVEL agent but they denied my request, and sent me the copy of reply that one of Airdeccan Executive (Executive – Business Development) given them by reflecting that rescheduling is not available, including the company (airdeccan) seal and signature. This is totally diffren from the terms and conditions displayed in www.airdeccan.net.

THIS CLEARLY MENTIONED THAT AIRDECCAN CHEATING TO CUSTOMERS.
