Poor Service regarding the compansation that needs to be given because of loss of baggage

I had travelled by air france from Amsterdam to India on Oct. After landing i cam to know that my baggage has not yet reached. They said that the baggage will reach the next day itself but to my bad luck it not yet reached. Then after fighting with them for a long time i got the compansation letter and then even after providing them with the necessary details neither my baggage nor my benefits has reached me yet. It is already JAN 08 .When ever i call them they say that they are processing it.

Please if you ever want that you money and your things dont go waste please never ever travell by AIR FRANCE. They are the worst service provider.

Even if they are at fault they never ever compansate.

Please requesting all the people dont travell by AIR FRANCE.

They are the worst.
