I have cancelled this ticket on 15th July. Today it is Sep 19 2009. Air India yet to refund my money. Despite my repeated calls, the Air india doesnt even give me a update on this. I would like to know whether Air India processed this cancellation if so i wanted to know the transaction details. If not, then i need to know the status of the refund as it has been already 9 weeks of time.
