Air India Express
Rude treatment by the staff

I went to Air India Express Dubai Airport Office to buy a ticket on emergecy basis. There the airport manager on duty Ms. Anita Shetty treated me very rudely. She don't have any manners to talk with the public. Whatever may be the situation, people on this post shoud not loose their temper. I wrote to Air India Express but they are least bothered to respond. Only she is substantiating her action. I think even Air India Express will not improve unless there is competition in certains sectors.
