Charging extra after confirmation of booking

Dear Sir

I booked air tickets in AIR INDIA EXPRESS for self and family to travel from UAE to India. This booking was done online using my credit card. After few days from the booking date I received an email from the customer service of AIR INDIA EXPRESS asking me to pay extra AED 45 (UAE currency) per passenger. Now I book my ticket after comparing the fare with other airlines. So if this company charge me extra after the booking confirmation I cannot pay this amount. No airline collect extra payment once booking is confirmed. I would like to raise a complaint against this airline in consumer forum.
