Checked In Bag Missed - Irresponsible answers from Employees

I travelled from Chicago to Bombay via frankfurt on 09/11.

I checked in my bag before boarding into chicago flight and they told I can collect the same after reaching Mumbai.

After reaching Bombay, I haven't recieve my Bag.

I waited for more than 3 hours in the airport to collect my bag. They told that they were unable to trace my bag, might be chance of misplacing the bag to some other location.

So it is better to file complaint in their baggage services and they will call once they find it.

I waited more than week and I am giving call to them everyday.

But employees working there are giving irresponsible answers.

I really fed up with the air India service.

It not only happened for me also for many passengers who travelled on the same date.

One Ahmedabad Passengers (Couples) didnt collect three checked in bags.

I am advising you guys its better to choose other airlines for your travel.

Since they are government employees they are very careless.
