Awaiting Refund since 6 Weeks!!!

I would agree to above complaints from consumers, even i've been awaiting refund for 6 weeks now. The customer service surely sucks at ezeego and would like to add that even Jet lite has a pathetic customer service. A bunch of idiots are running the show here, i would never go ahead and book tickets through these portals ever.

I hope ezeego1 knows something called as "TAT" for your understanding it's "Turn Around Time" which is incomprehensible to entire team ezeego1.
