I purchased a Telebrand product in Pakistan Karachi (i.e. Airlonge) with a fifteen days replacement warranty.
I purchased ur product by believing ur guarantee and that u test ur product from all aspects.
Because I have been transferred from KHI to SKZ dated on 20th April and the same date I purchased ur product & my travel was already plan by Air.
After Two days when I use ur product there was an Air leakage in Bed side which is un-seenable and the Air was completely remove after 8 - 10hrs.
I contact the Telebrand telephone number 080011220 and ur operator said that first u send ur product to KHI than we will give u a complaint No.
My first complaint No. was NN20 dated 28th April
.
Now I am fade up all of these things I and my brother regularly follow up with ur people in KHI and they said that we are sending rider today which will replace u the product but the whole day become waste because whole day my mother waiting for the rider and nobody come and next day again same argument given to us from ur Telebrand Karachi operator.
Kindly Sir, do some thing. They are using ur brand name and damaging the Telebrand image which u build by expanding a lot of valuable money through advertisement.
