i believe air parcel express should act upon this because it is their name that is being tarnished. keeping their hands "clean" about this matter could give the impression that they are allowing this scam to flourish, thereby the possibility that air parcel express is actually a part of it all.

air parcel express should make an effort by launching an investigation of these english men who seem to know a lot of things about their company.
