For my Airtel services on 9967072982, I have been charged Rs. 20 Weekly for a service I have not enrolled for and not using it either.
Request you to ensure that the customers are not charged for automatically for services which have not been enabled. There is no way also to discontinue the services either.
Airtel Helpdesk have not been helpful in getting these resolved. I have raised numerous compliants have I have been asked to go to the site and disable which does not work either.
