Non Installationa and no refund

Airtel is getting sicker with its field sales officers making it difficult to trust the brand. I Paid installation amount of 1000 on 6/12 and was told later that the junction box in my area is over loaded so they have applied to the corporation for retrenching and laying a new line... I requested them to refund the money as they are uncertain that how many days it will take to finish the job. One month has passed by and there seems to be no response from them and seems somebody needs a good push to do the job in airtel...

be aware of the field sales officers...
