DEAR ALL,
I AM VERY MUCH FED UP WITH AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE. I HAD REQUESTED FOR AIRTEL BROADBAND CONNECTION, AN EXECUTIVE CAME AND FILL THE FORM TOOK MY PAN CARD COPY, RASHION CARD COPY AND CHEQUE OF RS. 1000/- FOR CONNECTION DATED 22-7-09. CHEQUE HAS CLEARED IN THE DATE OF31-7 BUT FROM THAT DATE I HAD NOT RECIEVED ANY CONNECTION. I REQUEST YOUR CUSTOMER CARE MANY TIMES, THEY SAID THAT YOUR CASE HAS BEEN REJECTED. IF MY CASE WAS REJECTED THAN WHY THEY PRESENT THE CHEQUE. NOW I HAVED CALLED MANY MANY TIMES BUT FOUND NO POSITIVE RESULT. NOW TELL ME HOW CAN i GET MY PAYMENT FROM YOUR SIDE? YOUR EXECUTIVE TOLD US THAT IT WILL REFUND WITHIN ONE MONTH. NOW, IT HAS BEEN ONE MONTH 10 DAYS. WHAT I HAVE TO DO?
