Money not refunded

Hi

I am writing this complain in a very hopeful manner as this is the only place where i can find justice

I filled up a form for Airtel Brodband Connection and for this i contacted Mr. Dilip Dubey (9910188871) he the sent Mr. Vijay Singh (9871100088) to fill up the form, I gave Rs.1500 to Mr. Vijay Singh as security deposit, he then said after taking money tat my connection will be installed within 2 days but now it's been 6 month and i am still struggling to get my money back.

Mr. Dubey always give fake assurance to refund my money

So i request you to please take action against him
