Dear Sir,
This is in reference to the Airtel Internet connection I had applied on 22nd July 09 for my residence through the authorized Airtel Sales agent (Bharathi Airtel Ltd. Guindy). I had selected Rs 598/= rental plan for Internet connection and paid Rs1000/= to Suresh, Michel (9500662560, 9500662559). Internet Connection has not been provided to me till now and the sales agent does not respond to my call neither does his supervisor.
Moreover, I was promised that the connection would be activated within 48 hrs which took more than 10 days for the same.
Even though I had complaint to Airtel customer care and also enquiry section (9840725071), I didn't find any improvement to get internet connection.
Can I get internet connection immediately? Otherwise, I need Money What I paid Rs 1000/= for Internet connection.
I hope you do the needful steps for me as quick as possible.
