Errors in Billings (Account No-12304137)-Removal of Airtel broadband connection

Dear Sir/Madam,

This has reference to the Account No-12304137 (Phone-011-45535240) that I am having currently for broadband connection and telephony usage. I was using DSL 250 combo, and before the previous bill reached me, i got to know from customer care that night top charges is going to be hiked from 99 per month to 199 per month. I requested them to remove the facility of night top. But it appeared in last bill as well as the current bill.

I have a long experience of facing such trouble from Airtel and therefore I request to discontinue the services with effect from today. And i will not pay the current bill, till the said charges and taxes levied on it is withdrawn.

Kindly make arrangement to disconnect the services with effect from now onwards.
