Charged for hello tunes without permission

I am using airtel broadband and telephone services/DSL from last four months i.e 26/8 .I have never activated the hello tunes services but i have been charged for it for the last two months. I tried to lodge a complaint on their website but i am not been able to register myself and their is no complaints coulum in their official website. My no. is 0562-4033562 kindly send me a revert as soon as possible.
