Group join problem

I am trying to create friends group from past 15 days, but i ma not able to do that. it either says the application is down or server id down. i have tried thousand times... but same reply. neither the person i am ttrying to add in my group is getting deleted from previous group and nor am i able to create!! i have aclled customer care for many times, and they say that they are helpless...!! then who the hell will do this job. its really very bad on ur part to treat customers in such manner... neither can u provide proper service!! its really shamefull...!!

please take necessary actions and do reply as soon as possible.
