Stop charging Rs. 60 every month for job alerts

Sir alomost 6 months ago we mistakenly enabled the "job alert" facility and they started charging 60 Rs every month. Then we tried a lot to disable the facility. we followed the instructions, even talked to the agent in kolkata but thet keep on deducting the amount every month. sir we belong to a farming background and 60 Rs per month means a lot to us. plz try to solve our problem.
