Sir,

I had a lot of problem in billing matters. I had a postpaid number 9177113302 and i took it in

279 plan but i am recieving a bill for 379 in the recieved bills from last 2 months. I am previously a prepaid customer now as i liked the service of airtel i changed into postpaid with lot of expectations and they are charging bill on GPRS service which is not used by me in any ways as for this i am paying a sum of 200 in last two bills. So kindly look over this issue and make us feel better with AIRTEL services.
