Amount deducted for GPRS Rental

Dear Sir,

I have activated GPRS in my mobile no 9973846313. For GPRS amount is regulary deducted 30 peise/1KB. After that GPRS rental deducted from my balance of Rs.249/-.

Myphone is not connected to Coustomer care. How can it solve.
