Not Resolved my complain

Dear Sir,

I have raised one complain ID 1219168644 (19-Dec 12.30 PM) regarding some stupid had recharged my account and my running STD/Local Call plan got disrupted, so i raised a complain regarding to get back my previous plan settings but till date not resolved.
