Unwanted caller tune & billing

I have been charged an amount of Rs 45/- for caller tunes My complaint no is 011514598900. I register this complaint on 15/1 Jan at 12.00 in the afternoon. I have neither called nor sent an sms for activation of the caller tunes

it is very strange that the call center person continuously insistes that I had called/ sent a request for activation. On insisting your customer executive registered a complaint and promised to refund then amount of Rs 45/-, . This has not happened even after 24 hrs.

I have called the helpline line and there is nobody to attend the call. I have been continuously kept on hold for 30 mins each time I call.

Is this the kind of service you give? Please let me know when you stop this daylight robbery
