Egarding my gprs service

Sir, i have been browsing internet through my airtel number but every 4-5 days i need to register a complain that i m unable to browse the internet correctly,

still i m unable to get proper solution to my problem customer care department assure me of that i wont b facing the inconvinience again but still i m pursuing the problem.

my latest complaint regarding my problem is 149696632702742930 as given by the customer care
