Complained cuctomer center 8 times about message failure..no response

Hi...

i m using aittel frendz prepaid SIM card...

n from last 20 days my text messages are not being send... it shows"SENDING FAILED"

i complaind 8 times to customer care..but no positive response...

i visited customer relationship center... n they have not rectified the problem till date

worst... service i have ever witnessed
