Echarge of RS 225

I had recharged my phone no 9903440274 with Rs 225 under the ISD plan.my phone wasnt recharged with the balance of Rs 200 as the talktime.however after 2 days i got a message from airtel sending me vccpin no and askin me to use that pin before making an isd call.however i cannot make a call.please let me know how i can make a call on ISD numbers using that vcc pin no.thank you
