Non payment of refund amount

I was subscriber of Airtel mobile service and my mobile no. was 9892806488. I withdrawn this service one year back. Even following it up from their Thakur Village Airtel customer care center continuously for six month till now i have not been refunded amount. I have given up the hope of getting this amount from Airtel.
