VAS pack

My mobile no. is 9989999267.. I had received an sms that stated, "Thanks for using (VASPACK, Alert) subscription service on Airtel Voice. You've been charged Rs 15." It was really dissapointing because I had never subscribed to this pack in any way. I had received this sms on 16th of March. Today, on April 20th, I had received another sms stating, "VAS PACK 15 service has been renewed and you have been charged Rs 15 for 30 days." I tried to reach the customer care through the toll free no. 121 but I didn't know how to talk to a customer care. If any customer care sees this, please deactivate this from my no. and return back Rs 30. And also I dont know what is pack is for and have never used it.
