Dear Sir,

With reference to the first complaint logged on 17/4/09. This is the first reminder.

I surrendered my mobile post connection of airtel in july or august in 2007 but excess amount is not refunded till now. Now i lost my number, but i can give u the billing address & fi address. Pls consider.

pls do the needful. final full & settlement was deposited at airtel office in jayanti market.
