My Airtel mobile no.9860397699 has been deactivated

Myself Bharat. I have an airtel prepaid (friends) connection (9860397699). This no. is deactivated & deleted by airtel suddenly on 04 apr without any cause & without informing me.

When i contacted to costmer care they doon't gave me any proper reason & advised me to contact city airtel office, & city office authorities told me to contact airtel cost. care

My no.is in constant use, the last recharge on my no. is Rs.10 on 02 Apr i also recharged my no. on 10 marat 3:08pm by Rs.110.

Please help me & activate my mo.no.
