Fraud by airtel agent

There was a call from airtel employee Varsha Shinde of Airtel Borivali office about a airtel corporate plan (corporate plan 49). (ph number: 9987723748). They sent a representative to our Navi Mumbai Mahape office (Core Projects & Technolgoies MBP MAHAPE). The agent came, collected documents and Rs 599 each from 5 of us. (Total Rs 2995). After that there was no verification call or anything. The agent gave us a receipt on AIRTEL form with Verification number also.(verification and form number VF 861707).

This is plain forgery on the part of airtel.
