I am use airtel prepaid since 3 yrs.. my gprs is not work in my home area (palkot road, gumla, ranchi, jharkhand). if i go 2-3 kilometer outside than gprs working very good, but i return home back than gprs fail. network work perfect, incoming outgoing is also work perfect but gprs fail. i complaint many time airtel customer care bt my problem not solved. pls help me.
