Mobile office service cut the extra balance in my account

Dear Sir,

I have activate mobile office service in 99-/month plan date 03-05 in my pre paid mobile no. 9630316019. I have send massage for the activate for moble office service. after i sent masage i receave service reply massege that moble office service is activate in your mobile number in 99-/month plane. after activate mobile office service i acces the mobile office service in my leptom. but airtel telecome is cut the extra cost in my prepaid accout balance have loose 200/ in my account balance. i have already complaint to custumer care my complaint number is 30503230400 but they willl give me no action or only ascuse. so please give me my extra loose account balance or my time loose time.
