Cheating by Airtel

I have joined Airtel's Friend Chat which charges very high for each call. They say that we can make friends on Airtel's Friends Chat and talk to them without disclosing our phone number. But most of the time the call is directed to Airtel's call center where the girls are advised to talk sweetly to the caller and make him talk for longer duration. The girls try to seduce the guys and the guys feel that they have got genuine friend. But this is just meant to increase the revenues and fool customers. I suggest strict action against Airtel for cheating the customers
