I am frustrated For value added service and call center guys.
My first compliant is that your call center service is not good. Very bad experience I am getting from your call center. And second thing very tedious to catch call representative guy. Your pre recorded system saying press 9 to talk our customer representative but after pressing 9 nothing is happen.
Today I have recharged my card with 60 rupees and within 2 min 50 rupees deducted from my recharge amount. I don’t understand why it was deducted.
I there is any service enabled please disable all services and reverse deducted amount.
And in future don’t allow to me subscribe your value added service.
