I have sent an email to 121@airtelindia.com on 20-Mar-09 to change my tariff plan. After that I have sent more than 20 reminders to '121@airtelindia.com', 'Appellate. KK@Airtel.in', 'NodalOfficer. KK@airtel.in' but in vain. I have even called customer care & have spoken to retention team, but waste of time. Everytime I call, will have to explain everything from the beginning. I dont understand why they don't update the customer interaction in the system, so that when the customer calls next time, they don't have to waste time in understanding the issue.
